Prior to Placement, the candidate will have been screened
in the following stages: Stage 1: Initial Screening
- Completed by a recruiter who has been
trained by our R.N. clinical team
- Candidate work history disclosure via
employment application
- Candidate self-assessment using
proprietary professional skills checklist
- Verification of licensure, credentials and
certifications
- 2 professional reference checks (by
supervisors)
Stage 2: Clinician Screening
- R.N. screening and review - every
candidate is screened by an R.N. prior to submission to your facility or home
to ensure candidate meets your needs, relevant medical standards and any
additional facility-home specific requirements
- Internal Advisory Board - our internal
advisory board is comprised of healthcare professionals and human
resources personnel. They will provide guidance to recruitment personnel
to outline stringent criteria for professional and paraprofessional selection
as well as competency measurement
Stage 3: Traditional Screening Methodologies/Candidate Training
- Random drug testing can be conducted at
any time during the Employee's employment with Millenium
- Physical, TB test and/or Chest X-Ray
- Record of MMR vaccination series or record
of positive MMR titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or
declinations
- Training, testing and verification that
the candidate is compliant with all OSHA, Medicare and HIPAA requirements
- Any additional verification, credentialing
required of the system, organization or client served
