Anthony P. Angelo
President and Chief Executive Officer

Anthony P. Angelo comes to Millenium Home Health Care as a senior executive leader with more than 17 years of experience impacting the reputations, performance and growth of both national and regional home health care companies.

Prior to Millenium, Mr. Angelo was Corporate Vice President of Home Health Operations for AseraCare Home Health, a division of Golden Living Enterprises. There he oversaw 17 individual Medicare home health agencies in 6 states. He directed all operations of the home health care division and was responsible for its growth and financial viability. He established beneficial partnerships and addressed such key success factors as quality indicators, census development and revenue enhancement. He directly supervised Regional Vice Presidents and agency Executive Directors and was responsible for the overall management of more than 1,000 staff.

Follow Anthony Angelo:

Prior to AseraCare Home Health, Mr. Angelo was Chief Operating Officer/Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at Home Health Corporation of America which comprised 19 Medicare-certified home health agencies in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and throughout Florida. There he had previously held the positions of Senior Vice President of Compliance and HIPAA Privacy, and Security Officer. In these roles he helped attain and maintain the high standards for which this corporation became known. He also had been Vice President of Billing and Reimbursement.

Anthony Angelo holds a bachelor of science degree in business management from LaSalle University, and is Certified in Healthcare Compliance from the Healthcare Compliance Association.


Kathy Yost, RN
Vice President, Operations

Kathy Yost, R.N., has dedicated a significant portion of her career to the management and growth of Millenium Home Health Care. For 12 years, she directed its operations and helped to assure its growth and reputation with staff, patients and those who refer them. Prior to her current appointment as Vice President, Operations, Ms. Yost was Administrator for Millenium. She also served in that role, as well as a Branch Manager, for Millenium's predecessor companies. She is now responsible for clinical operations and all staff. She is also responsible for the planning, directing, management, and coordination of branch operations and services, including budget development, administration, market development and delivery of quality care to clients. She coordinates with other managers in developing and evaluating the scope of services, standard operating procedures and new clinical programs.

Prior to Millenium, Kathy Yost was General Manager at Staff Builders, Philadelphia, a national staffing company. There she had been Vice President, responsible for operations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as being instrumental in the transition following the acquisition of the ProTemps division of International Staffing Network, Inc. At Staff Builders she was also responsible for directing the day-to-day operations in each office serving southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. Ms. Yost's career includes work as a Nurse Manager and Staff Nurse at Presbyterian Medical Center, Philadelphia.

Kathy Yost holds a diploma in nursing from Allentown Hospital School of Nursing and Muhlenberg College, and has worked toward a business degree from Gwynedd-Mercy College.
